Cases & Orders
Quantities per cellar
Each order must contain a multiple of 6 bottles from the same cellar (6, 12, 18, 24...), up to 72 bottles maximum per cellar. Above 12 bottles, your order may arrive in several parcels.
Maximum per cellar
A single cellar accepts up to 72 bottles per order. For a larger volume, split it across a new order.

You can mix different wines from the same cellar in your order
Several cellars = Separate deliveries
If you order from several cellars, each cellar will be a separate order with:
- •Separate shipping costs (depending on cart value)
- •Potentially different delivery times
- •Separate packaging (winemaker cases)

Transport coverage (complimentary)
- •Every parcel is covered by Swiss Post — covered by Helvitic, never charged to the Customer.
- •Above CHF 500 of value per parcel, signature on delivery is applied automatically; above CHF 1500, complementary insurance is added automatically — always complimentary.
- •Optional signature: as long as a parcel stays below this threshold, you can enable it free of charge to transfer anti-theft responsibility.
Cellar pickup is not concerned.

Shipments Monday to Wednesday
To protect the wine from heat, winemakers hand parcels to the Post Office Monday to Wednesday only: your wine never sits in a depot over the weekend. An order placed Thursday to Sunday therefore ships the following Monday.
Packaging
Your wines are packed with care by the winemakers in secure cases designed specifically for transporting bottles.
Damaged parcel: keep the packaging
If your parcel arrives damaged or a bottle is broken, take the original box and its contents to a post office to have the damage recorded, within 8 days of receipt. Swiss Post requires this report in order to compensate: without it, the cover is lost.
Also report the issue to us within 48 hours at contact@helvitic.ch with photos — we will take it from there with the winemaker for a replacement or refund.

The sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors. An age check is carried out at checkout. In accordance with Swiss law, alcohol may only be sold to persons of legal age.
